INTRODUCTION

Services are provided by Máire Mulcahy. These terms and conditions govern your use of this website and services. By using the website and services you agree to these terms and conditions in full.

Those under 18 years of age must have consent from a parent or legal guardian to use our website and/or services. All users must have the cardholder’s permission at time of payment. Clients under the age of 16 attending our premises for a service must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who will provide written consent prior treatment. As there is not a supervised waiting area, clients are not permitted to bring children with them, with the exception of babies under 12 months who will be kept with the client during the treatment.

You must not use this website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.

You must not use this website to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish or distribute any material which consists of (or is linked to) any spyware, computer virus, Trojan horse, worm, keystroke logger, rootkit or other malicious computer software.

TERMS OF SALE (Payment, Product and Refunds)

Product Orders: By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. No order will be deemed to constitute a contract of sale irrespective of the manner of its transmission to the Seller until the products are dispatched by Máire Mulcahy.

Prices: The price payable will be in GBP UK Pounds and shall be that displayed at the time of ordering (this will be price of product and delivery price). No additional charges are added.

Payment: Full payment is due at time of order through the Bookings page.

Appointments: Appointments can be made through the Contact form, or by telephone (0044]7765253759 or by email info@mairemulcahy.com. An appointment is not set until we have received payment and provided confirmation by sending you an email confirming the time, date and receipt of payment. Please ensure you leave the correct contact details at time of booking. It's your responsibility to be on time for your scheduled appointment. If you miss your time slot your appointment will be forfeit. By booking your appointment it is understood that you agree to all of these terms and conditions. Please be advised that 48 hours’ notice is required to rearrange a reading once scheduled. We may permit one reschedule per original appointment if made more than 48 hours from original appointment. After 48 hours, any requested change may result in your appointment being forfeit and no refund will be provided.

Availability: Maire Mulcahy cannot guarantee that any particular product will always be available. If we cannot supply a product, you will not be charged for it and will be refunded any monies that have been debited. Please allow 7 to 14 days for refunds. All offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a product you have ordered, we will notify you as so soon as reasonably possible. If you wish to cancel your order you must tell us and we will refund any money debited for that product.

Delivery: Maire Mulcahy will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving payment authorisation. However, there may be occasions when we are attending shows or away from the office on business. Nonetheless, Maire Mulcahy would always expect you to receive the goods ordered within 14 days of order confirmation, unless advised otherwise. Please note that at present all deliveries are by standard mail.

Non Delivery: If you have not received the goods with 14 days of the date of order confirmation, you are requested to advise Maire Mulcahy immediately through the Contact form, with all product information including purchasers name, date of order and method of payment.

Refunds: Medium Psychic Readings Refund: Refunds will be given as long as it is requested within the first 5 minutes of the reading. After the first 5 minutes no refund will be given.

Product Refund: Returned and Damaged Products (Distance selling regulations / unwanted items)

Non-damaged products: Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, you have the legal right to change your mind and cancel the order within 7 days of the date the product is received by you. We will refund the costs of the products being returned within 30 days of the products being returned in satisfactory condition. You must advise us through the Contact form. Products must be returned in original condition and packaging. Unfortunately, we will not be responsible for any products lost or damaged during return. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of postage when returning any unwanted items to us.

Damaged products: We package our products carefully when we sent them to you. However, if they are damaged upon receipt you must inform us as soon as possible via our Contact form. Damaged products will be replaced at no additional charge once we are in receipt of the damaged product. We will tell you how to post the product back to you when you contact us and we will pay for the postage to return damaged items.

Healing crystals: Due to the nature and uses of healing crystals they can only be returned if any and all packaging is unopened or if they arrive visibly damaged. Crystals which have been obviously opened and used will not be accepted as returns.

Competitions: Competition winners can transfer competition gift certificates for Readings and Reiki to someone else, however they must be used within 6 months of winning date.

Privacy Statement

Your privacy is respected and we do not sell, rent or trade your contact details to any third party or company. By proceeding to use our services you permit me to store your details in accordance with English law, approved merchant banking practices, and to contact you with promotional offers.

Our Privacy Policy, which sets out how we will use your information, can be found here. By using this Website, you consent to the processing described therein and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate. By agreeing with our terms and conditions when buying a service or item from Maire Mulcahy, this will also be deemed acceptance of agreement of the Maire Mulcahy Privacy Statement.

Services are of an experimental nature and we regret that we cannot guarantee that we will link with any particular person, prove there is life after death nor can Maire Mulcahy generally make any promises which cannot be kept.

If a crystal or stone is alleged to have one or more healing properties, either physical, mental, emotional or spiritual, it does not mean that you are guaranteed to experience or benefit from any such properties.

Máire Mulcahy reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or to decline to give a reading at our discretion.
